Adoption Process
Once you find a puppy you love, simply complete the short application form above. We personally review every application and contact you back within minutes to an hour.
• Pickup Option: If you’d like to drive and pick up your puppy, a $300 refundable reservation holds your spot until pickup. The remaining balance is due after your adoption contract is signed.
• Free Delivery: We are currently offering free nationwide delivery through our delivery partners, limited to 3 spots this month, available on a first-come basis.
• Health & Support: Every puppy comes AKC-registered, with a 2-year health warranty and after-adoption support from our CosyDen family.
